Clean and comfortable stay marred by unprofessional staff
I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation during my stay at the bed and breakfast.
The unprofessional behavior of the staff members, including the rude response when inquiring about a guest with a mental health issue and the accusation of not paying for the room, left a negative impression. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if the staff were more understanding and better trained in handling sensitive situations.
